[s-cars] 92 S value

Folk's,

Since my gheezer sister cannot work on her car herself, she is contemplating
selling it very soon.  I am trying to move her into a neuS4 6 spd
convertible, but I digress.

So, for some odd reason I think I should buy her old S and just keep it
available for corporate visitors that are in and out of town.

Question is what might be fair value of a 92 black n grey urS, 150,000
gheezer driven miles, new paint 18 mos ago.  Basically stock, but may have a
mystery chip.  Would need only a big brake upgrade and possibly the steering
wheel upgrade IME. (right)   I've driven the car quite a bit and believe
that the 92's with stock boost gauge, stiffer seats, stiffer springs, sway
bar and funky interior wood color may have been the best ever made.  

I am guessing somewhere between 5 and 10k dollars??
