[s-cars] Nasty Misses when Pushing the "93 S4

The OEM Bosch 3 bar pressure transducer is NLA.

A 2.5/3.0 bar VMAP (http://moreboost.com) is a suitable 
replacement.  BUT...  I don't think it will solve the problem with a 
failing ignition coil.
