Hello all, sorry if this is a blatant advertisement, but I think a lot of  
you may be interested in this.  I have a couple years and 10's of thousands  
wrapped up in this project.  It originally started with some conversations  with 
Hap about 3 years ago.
 
I've heard some talk recently about headers, so I wanted to let you  all know 
I've been developing a 20v Header that will fit virtually all the  chassis 
(urq, 4kq, 80/90/Coupe/200/S4).  I've been reliability testing them  for over 
20k miles, and have pushed the current design past 500 wheel HP and  counting.  
I am also offering a 3" 304 stainless downpipe with tranny mount  and flex 
coupler.
 
The header will come with a brace as well, material is all 304 stainless,  
TIG welded, mandrel bent tubing.  The initial run has a T3 exh flange and  stock 
WG flange.  ID is 1.5", the same as the exh port size.  I will  have the 
first run next week, price will come in around $1k for the header, the  DP will be 
about $500, I'll have final pricing then as well.  These pieces  are 
professionally manufactured by a very large manufacturer that builds headers  and exh 
systems, tolerances are extremely accurate.
 
I have also test fit the pieces in all the chassis, and I will have a local  
s-car lister install a system on his car with dyno results before and  after.  
We also have a full line of turbos to accommodate _virtually_ any  need.
