Good to see you got it all buttoned up, looks like one of jobs that you
only want to do once.

Honestly, I really think the pinging is a result of over-aggressive
software and like you said, the easy solution is to get a different
chipset. Or you could avoid WOT, but what's the fun in that considering
all the time and money invested.

As you know, I chose the path of replacing my chipset with Dahlback SW
and haven't experienced any pinging since.
