My 95.5 S6 original clutch is at 180k miles, but all but the last 3k of
those were done by the original owner, who was a mostly highway driver, and
hadn't chipped the car or anything.  I, of course, chipped it immediately.
;^)

How (or why) would  you heel-toe shifts on the way up?  I assume you just
mean rev-match.  I'm fairly easy on clutches, but my around-town driving is
in a very hilly area, so I imagine it won't last forever.
