[s-cars] How about some wheels?

I suspect, Nick, that Lee was talking tire diameter rather than wheel 
diameter.  A 17 inch wheel with a lower profile tire can give the same 
effective wheel/tire diameter as a 16 inch wheel with a somewhat higher 
profile tire.  8 inch wide 17 inch wheels are easier to find than 8 inch 
wide 16 inch wheels.
