[s-cars] How about some wheels?

Its not about being able to run, as I could with any size wheel, but
if you change the wheel size, you also change what class you run in.
Since I'm not planning on doing any other upgrades (read as "breaking
stuff") it would be silly to be bumped out of stock class for changing
my tires.
