[s-cars] Installed the HRSB

Mine fits just fine w/ Eibach/Bilstein suspension w/o rubbing.  The key
is adjusting the length of the heim joints correctly so not to rub.
Also obviously making sure the sway bar is centered under the car right
to left.  I don't recall the exact length that the heim joints should be
but perhaps someone can chime in
	I also installed some 1/2-3/4" long metal spacers to keep the
heim joints as vertical as possible where they connect to the bracket
(OEM currently)this should also help w/ any left/right shifting of the
bar.
