[s-cars] Monster Survey Open Again

Many of you did the Monster Survey last year (Feb?).  There have been
several new listers and some updates that might want to be captured by
this data base.  I just used it to figure out when somebody's car was
built (their door jamb sticker was torn away right where the build date
was located).  If you haven't done the survey or you need to update it,
please visit Gabriel Caldwell's website at:

It will probably take you 20 minutes or so to do the survey.  Have your
VIN and build date handy BEFORE you start.
