Top two candidates would be the light switch and ignition
switch. The light switch, which if not relayed, takes all
the current for the headlights and burns out at a young age.
The ignition switch is also known for failing early; you can
replace just the electrical portion of the switch ($40 or so
and about an hour of fiddling) and leave the keyed portion
alone.
That's my 2 cents.
