[s-cars] Looking for shift lever, boot and knob & Question on MAF Sensors

Speaking of shift boots, a friend has asked me to ping the list to see if 
they have the following:

Shift Lever (What Bentley calls it, which is what your shifter knob 
attaches to)
Shifter Boot
Shifter Knob

He is converting a coupe to RS2 spec and I think he needs the above items.

Does anyone remember the specifics regarding the comparison of the stock 
AAN MAF sensor and the RS2 version?  I seem to recall that they were 
seemingly a wash performance wise but I don't remeber the details as to 
why.
