[s-cars] Stalling 100CSQA (2.8 12V V6, 4sp auto)

Larry,

When my sister-in-law's pump died on her 90, it took 
a while to figure it out.  She would stop for gas or 
something, and the car would refuse to start.  Later 
it would fire right up.  It died while driving once 
or twice too.  The pump was quiet the whole time.
