what does lexus build that's "fast"?  the GS430 doesn't qualify.
i have yet to find a lexus that i actually enjoy driving, as opposed to
a car that i can tolerate or that amuses me slightly.

if lexus ever built an IS430 or similar competitor to the M3 or S4, or a
competitor to the M5, i'd take a serious look.

by the way, i'd buy an '02 911 turbo for $85k-$90k with <10k miles on it,
and use the extra money to buy an '02-'03 S8 to use as a daily driver.
