[s-cars] unstable idle problem solved

Maf has lots to do with closed loop driving. While I would like to be WOT 
all the time, I am afraid that my DL would last about 1 day... :-)

What needs to be done is get Mihnea to re-write the code so it follows the 
MAP (speed density) then we could get rid of the MAF.
