Be grateful you're not dealing with Rim & Wheel Works - that woman is a
psycho bitch who really tried to mess with me when I needed to have 2 Fikses
modulars straightened. I'll spare you all the details but they beat the
hell out of my wheels getting them straight - they looked awful. When I
sent them back for them fix the fix she said, after weeks of delays, that
she'd refund my money but keep my wheels! It was just bizarre and took a
lot of time and energy to resolve; in the end I felt lucky to just get
hosed and get my wheels back. I swore I'd take every chance to share my
story.

I ended up buying new rim parts for mine. I'm sure the list will provide
viable vendors for you to try; you are far better off anywhere but Rim &
Wheel Works.

Phil

Structurally, the wheel is sound. The Emotion SSL has a polished
stainless steel lip that is completely bent up. I took it by Rim and
Wheel Works in Newton, MA today and they said that it was
irrepairable.

I did find a site, www.wheelfind.com, that seems to pair up wheel
buyers and sellers.
