[s-cars] 05 S4 mirrors

Hey all,
   I know Igor had a post out a while back about
setting up a "frankenmirror" to replace the tiny
passenger mirror, but can the newer S4 mirrors fit on
our s4/6s in the same manor? I know motors would
change, but the plastic mounting plates are
car-centric, but do his instructions still apply to
newer mirrors?

Has anyone tried this yet?
