Exactly -- my driveway is steep at the bottom and the LLTek will scrape, unless you hit it at the correct angle. But then, the original bumper cover used to scrape, too. You'll want to avoid pulling up too close to concrete parking(lot) blocks. Of course, I had the same issue, before the LLTek install. It was the primary reason the original cover was so shagged up. The best argument in favor of the LLTek is that it just looks so right.

The bottom portion does coincide with the bottom portion of the stock bumper. It does not hang lower but since it squares off the front that means it protrudes farther forward than the original.... which means that depending on the roads you normally drive (for example an incline driveway could cause scraping with a lowered suspension).
