Thanks gents.  I used that Vulcan tire place Mike suggested, they
'claim' they have 4 CUMhoe's but they 'may' also be sold and won't know
until Mon.  If so, then I'm going with them Falken 451's, they look too
good to pass up and Mike and Tom Pollack both voted yay for them with
good reviews.  Price is right, and they look like they'd be real decent
/ grippy.

ps.  heh, yep Serge, you'd not get back your SL's, and nope, there would
be NOTHING left...  evidence ah um uh XJ8 tires.  Allegedly.

Well well, must be 255, eh. Too bad the 245 cum hoes are just fine, a
wee
bit less sidewall and foot print, but probably a better fit for your
17x8
boat anchors. And after the $50 visa card thing they're just shy of
$130/each. I wonder if the road hazard covers top-secret-Brooklyn-tarmac
figure 8's. 

I'd offer you to try mine on SL rims, but 1) I would never get them back
2)
if by chance I got them back, there would be nothing left of them.
