I have a 1992 urS4 and about 3 years ago, I had the ABS control module replaced with the K1 Recall. As of a few months ago, the ABS warning light on the dash came on and is still on. I have heard that all it might take, is to reset the DTC code for the ABS unit and it might go off and stay off. However, I have also found out that the 1992 S4's ABS 2x2 connector is not connected to the 2x2 posts in the firewall fusebox! They are located somewhere inside the center console? I have been told that if I removed the Radio and the A/C control unit, that I should be able to see the ABS 2x2 connector and then just connect my VAG-COM to it and reset the codes. However, I was not able to find that connector inside the center console as instructed.
So does anyone have any idea's on how to find that connector or where it would be located, so I can turn off the ABS warning light, before it burns out?
Thanks,
Brent.
