[s-cars] part needed -- wastegate regular valve

I need the wastegate regulator valve.    The part under the air intake hose, with the vacuum connections and the electrical connector that controls the wastegate.    I think the part # is 034 906 283 H. 

is this a dealer only item?    It's not cheap...something like $70, and I'll have to order it.    Is there an aftermarket or performance part available?    Or maybe a dealer that has a deal?   ;-)
