That looks like its only needed to completly replace the cluster
(which would make sense). If you need to recode the whole thing after
just replacing the temp light, well that just seems silly. But I
wouldn't be to surprised.

p.s. Why wouldn't they store any of that information in...well I dont
know, the cars computer!?! instead of the IC. I would bet you'll
replace the IC before the computer
