This will work. ET or offset indicates the distance the hub mounting
surface is from the wheel's centerline. The higher the number, the
closer the rim will mount to the car's centerline. Thus, an ET 35 rim
sits closer to the car's centerline than an ET32 by 3mm. Therefore a 3
mm spacer will work in moving the rim to the same position as the ET32
wheels. The question would be, "where would you source a 3 mm
spacer?". I have no answer there.
