[s-cars] ECS Tuning N75 valve

This just in: The ECS "race valve" IS the H valve.  In modding 1.8t I've had 
good luck with the J valve (91 200 20v) and the K valve (S2 ABY, RS2).  The 
H valve was too aggressive for the 1.8t and would throw check engine lights 
and trigger limp mode.
