Igor, if you're not running Exchange Server, you can run a small 
server app called WorkGroupShare that will provide similar 
functionality within Outlook. Relatively inexpensive and runs over 
the Internet.

When M$FT took away calendar sharing in Outlook 2003 (I think it 
was), this was my alternate solution to be able to share calendars 
on my home LAN.
