[s-cars] Rear caliper rebuild process

Tried that already, worked for about 2 weeks, then the parking brake
mechanism seized again, on both sides. I think I could probably
tackle getting the hand brake mechanism apart, and repaired, but it
would be a huge time sink, so I ended up going with new calipers.
