[s-cars] NAC wonders never cease

Ran this by the local Co-Mafia AAN engine development committee Bill.  The
device shows promise but,..... in the Rocky Mtn committee's considered
opinion there would be beaucoup more power available if:

1.	The design used a larger knob.  This devices knob's just too small**
A three to four inch diameter knob would be more powerful.

2.	It's not shinny enough**!  In the committees considered opinion, and
based on it's considerable practical research, the knob's Satin metal finish
is costing major bhp.  If converted to a "polished" finished, there's
another 40-50 bhp in that sucker.  In Fact the lower center consol location
may not be the best place for the power enhancing features of the device.
It's thought that in conjunction with Item #1, above a large " diameter knob
somewhere up on top of the dash, perhaps even with a "suicide knob" for
faster spin adjustments while on the go would be more appropriate to this
devices potential. 

3.	Numbers & settings are way over blown in importance.  In actually
application, they're generally ignored, unless & until something breaks,
where they are used to argue "I never turned it up past 3....." as grounds
for "... it must have been the other dude's or shop's fault" etc.  Finally,
