I think yes, since I did it on my car also..
93' S4. Check your P/S hose pump to bomb. It probably leaks as well (if you 
did not fix it yet)
could be repaired.

For the pump - you need to buy rebuit kit ~70$ and o-rings for the hoses. 
all instructions with part numbers on audifans.com under FAQ
