[s-cars] 95 S6 wagon 120k FMV?

Hi all,

Just wondering how much I should pay a used car dealer for it. I have not
seen it but the pictures show clean car in and out. CarFax report is also
clean and shows some 'fleet' as the car owner for the whole life of it.

I currently own 200t20v with 260k and do most of maintenance myself.
Are there any significant differences in repairs?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
