Subject: [s-cars] [NAC] Indy F1 Tickets Available

If anyone is interested in going to F1 at Indy (June 17-19) I have two
tickets available. They are for Corner 6 Stands, Row V or W (can't
remember which). We sat here last year and you can see Turn 1 and a
good section of the infield with the stands obviously being in front of
Turn 6. They were brand new stands added last year and this year
they've added a Jumbotron in front of the stands so that you can see the
action on the rest of the course.

The tickets are $85 for Sunday and also have general admission tickets
for Fri & Sat that are $25 for both days. So total is $110 for the
weekend.

Presently Postupack & son are going with me. We'll be camping at the
track.

I'd like to sell the tickets as a pair rather than individually simply
because I don't want to get stuck with a single ticket that will be hard
to unload. BTDT. So, if I get two replies for one ticket great, but if
I get one person asking for one ticket and another wanting two, the
person wanting the pair of tickets will have preference.

I'd also prefer to sell these to someone in the New England area in
order to caravan out there but we'll see how that shakes out.
Unfortunately Posto can't leave until late in the week and will end up
having to fly. So if there are couple of you in the New England area
that are interested we could car pool it. Plan would be to drive out
Thursday 6/16 and drive back Monday 6/20.

I've gone the last two years and they've been great races. Indy is a
very open venue. Much better and cheaper than Montreal based on what
Mike Platt tells me. You can sit anywhere you want on Friday and
Saturday, unlike Montreal.

Please reply off list if you're interested and we can work out the
details.

Contrary to popular belief, Bob was a great person to go with 8-). Heh
heh heh... we had a real blast, out there, there, and back. Even
installed his 6spd. enroute (sans pulling over).

Good good time, wish I could go again. Maybe in another few year(s).
The open seating on Fri. / Sat. was clutch, we caught every angle
everything, including the P Cup cars. Kewl. Someone who's been on the
fence and meaning to go should step up, serious. Fun fun fun trip, esp.
camping this year with Posto & son (btdt Platt & sons and company). A
very easy trip to bang out and a very easy great time to be had.

-Paul hey I even went on Father's Day weekend last year K.
