[s-cars] Steering Rack Replacement

I put a JAC rack in my 5000, but no s-car experience or prices.
They were the
standard for those cars and have maintained that reputation for
excellence.
Several NE Audis have Griffith reman racks with good results.

But we keep getting further away from vinnieb. If the WorldPac is
rebuilt, it must be from a
local repair shop with 10-20% mark-up over cost.

an OE rebuild from ZF for $750. I only found it by part # 4A1 422 070 X
This is about choices. I guess more choices is good ? Only if you
can sort out what is truly a
quality rebuild if that's what is required.
