This is what happens when someone doesn't communicate well between a
buyer and a seller.

I spent the last month trying to get some wheels shipped from Trevor
Frank, paid him via Paypal. So far, nothing. I have not been able to
get a definite ship date and response has been very slow from him.

The next step will be legal action. I guess even in this relatively
small community, some people are real scumbags when it comes to money.
