"Aux coolant fan"?  You mean the radiator fan?  Imploded how?  The
bearings are both replaced quite easily, and with nicely over-spec'd
and super-weather-sealed bearings, for about $20 from McMaster.  I
don't think the bushings are much of an issue either...

I think if you search the archives for "guide number bearing radiator
fan motor", you can find a post or two giving the guide number for
the bearings.  Once you have that, it's just a matter of selecting
what grade you want and how weather-sealed you want them (double-
sealed I think it best, I forget).

Or, just take it to a shop which rebuilds electric motors- should be
trivial for them, just remind them that it's an automotive+outdoor
application so it needs properly sealed bearings.
