I think I'll answer this like you know what you are doing, Shawn.  I  
think you do because you
say its hot, probably meaning A/C won't come on because the aux fan  
won't operate, not
because of a relay, fuse, etc, but because it smoked a lot before  
making a lot of noise,
probably because of a seized bearing.   Try this link. The price is  
about as good as I have
seen.
