And it doesn't necessarily ring a bell for a chemist, or _this_ chemist 
either.  There can potentially be hundreds of compounds with that same 
formula, only one of which could be meth.  Unless there is a structural 
formula or other significant information provided there is no way of tell 
for certain what the formula might refer to.
