Peter-
This was not the case- I'm not going to elaborate publicly on the
exact timetable, but this was not a case of me misunderstanding when
something was shipped. It was a case of the seller not being able to
ship the items and not telling me what was going on until it got to
the point where I thought I had been defrauded.
