[s-cars] Water leak

I just fixed this in my 90Q (2 leaks actually, one also in the trunk)....

There is a drain hole on my car that goes into the wheel well. If
you pop the plastic plenum cover off and look at the intersection of
the horizontal plenum bottom and the side of the frame, you may
notice some bubbling or flaking of paint. I did. I scraped and
picked all the loose stuff out and then sealed with gutter sealant
and overlayed that with rubberized undercoating. I had to remove the
seats, the center console, the carpeting, scrape off the
underlayment, etc.... Frustrating couple of days....

You can most likely pinpoint the source of the leak by using a water
hose and dribbling water around and having someone sit in the
passenger area and yell when it starts pouring in. Start "low and
forward"" and then work your way higher and further rear-ward.

It may seem a daunting task to rip everything out to do this but it
would have saved me much time if I had just done that to begin with
instead of thinking I fixed it on the first go. Which reminsd me -
test the fix before you put it all back together. DAMHIK!
