[s-cars] Cruise control debugging

Good info, Calvin. Thanks so much for keeping me in the loop.

I've always wondered if it were something loose in the dash, either
from the stalk switch or another signal. the speedo signal theory sits
nicely with me, as i've got wierd things happening with autochek
occasionally. hopefully soon i can get the IC out, and get everything
cleaned with contact cleaner

I'm suspecting a weak connection somewhere, with this being an
intermittent problem and all. Unfortunately, these are the worst kinds
to figure out.
