Is the Lambda the same as the oxygen (O2) sensor? If so,
it should be fairly easy to replace. You might need an O2
sensor socket to remove it. A replacement sensor from Audi
will be expensive. You can substitute a generic Bosch sensor
and splice it into the existing wiring. In the US, "we"
recommend one for a Ford. They are all basically the same
except for the length of the wires and the connector on the
end, although now there are 3-wire, 4-wire, and wide-band.
Check with your local auto parts store for a recommendation.
