Your idle vacuum measurement is/will be somewhat altitude dependant.  What's
sauce for the goose in Everboost, may not be good for the gander in
Flanders.  14-15 in hg at sea level sounds a little low, IMO, but would be
ok in Everboost.

HTH, and as I believe you will surely soon realize at least on this opinion
(Is 14" adequate?), YMMV.
