Unfortunately there is a lot more to go wrong. Things like Xenon headlights
that "adjust themselves" and get stuck in the wrong position but won't
repeat at the dealer. The other problem is that because of the diagnostics
all the mechanics rely on them...if the computer says there is nothing wrong
they haven't got the slightest clue what to do next. Audi, as well as all
other manufacturers, have put way too much crap into these cars that doesn't
need to be there making them less reliable in the process.

If you're looking at a newer car, the B5 S4 is a fine choice, but set
aside approx. $6k so that you can pull the K03 turbos and replace them
with RS4 K04s eventually. The 2.7T engine is not the most reliable due
to turbo issues.
I would take the B5 S4 over the UrS because of the handling, chassis
stiffness, more advanced safety features among other things. However,
the cost of the B5 is far more than the UrS- the turbo issue as well
as the initial purchase price. Nothing in the Audi lineup really beats
the UrS for bang for your buck. A co-worker recently purchased a '95
S6 for $5k, 135k miles or so.
Also, the onboard diagnostics are far more advanced- a lot of stuff
you can hook up VAG-COM to the car and find out what's wrong.
In terms of maintenance, the UrS is much easier to work on, even
though I wouldn't call the UrS an easy car to work on.
