[s-cars] idle speed and vacuum (and elevation) was: air

750 rpm is a little low if it isn't a typo. Nominal idle rpm setting is
~850 rpm. That could have an effect of the manifold pressure as
well. 14-15 inHg doesn't sound bad to me at all.
