Yes, new fan clutch fixed it all. Bearing had small play and I just
doube-checked smoothness of operation and decided to not replace it at this
time.
Fan has no play right now and I think all is good.

Now is the time to try and super glue those broken grid mounts on a bumper.
Don't want to go back to zip ties.

BTW, I replaced that small $1 sucker hose that leaks according to some
people at audiworld.com :)
