[s-cars] Brake wear sensor question

I think you getting old :)
But no, there wasn't anything like you describing. Those female connectors
were secured with zip ties and taped with no other connection to them. Just
plain connectors with electric tape on top. FL had "piece of sensor" which
was rotten cable with piece of what should be "male" connector and it
self-distruct when I touched it. But it was secured on a caliper. FR side
doesn't even have anything coming out of caliper.
I don't know how soon BBB conversion will take place but can't look at this
light any longer.. May be some black tape on OBD will help? What do you
think? :)
