As Elmer Fudd might say Eric, "be bewy bewy caweful". There are some double
black diamond skiers out there kindly offering to take you out for a day on
the slopes. Oh yeah, how about Paul Simon? "Slip slidin' away".

I'm with you Eric on all counts!!

Regards,

Mark

I'm not trying to sell you on the idea... just stating that inexpensive
options do exist. Unfortunately, the intercooler won't install itself, and
some fab work is required.

1) You do have to cut your bumper
2) You do have to make plumbing runs from the turbo to the IC, and from the
IC to the stock intake hose

Number 2 could be done with various silicon connectors (no welding) if that
was required. The intercooler is made by Treadstone
(http://www.treadstoneintercoolers.com/) and the model is a "BM8." It is a
quality bar and plate IC (no tube and fin junk), and they sell it for
$249... but it can often be found on ebay for $219.

It will fit within the confines of the stock front bumper cover.

Dave

OK, Dave - as long as no metal fabrication is required, I'm interested. I'm
a competent DIYer (I'd like to imagine so, anyway), but I have my limits.
So, what's the scoop?

Eric
