i have to ask,

why the FMIC if there is not a larger turbo, displacement or  
seriously high boost? plenty of people have what you are suggesting  
to do and all w/ stock IC.

a WG spring? i wouldn't drop $$ into that- not any real proven  
improvements there, save the high boost people.

and the 993 brake upgrade is the BIRA upgrade. you can go 996, or 928  
GTS as well, but the calipers are one of those. and you can choose  
the A8 Euro rotors or a whole slew of others outside of Porsche spec.
