[s-cars] Autocheck after relaying headlights

On the 200s, there is a relay under the steering column, in
the driver's footwell.  You remove the relay and jump 2 of
the terminals.  I would think a similar work-around would
be available for the urS.  Note that this disables the
warning, but many find a burnt out bulb is easy to see.
