[s-cars] HID lights group buy - $185/set delivered

Tim,
I know ZIP about HIDs... and not a whole lot about headlights in general.  I installed euro headlights into my S4 with high and low relays on each light... and all bulbs are 100W.  The high beam performance was improved quite a bit... but the low beams remained fairly pathetic.  IIRC, the high beam is an H1, and the lows and fogs are H3.
 
What would be involved in doing this upgrade?  Would it be best to order just a set of H3's, or would you do a set of H1s for the high beams as well?  Where do you located those ballasts?
 
Any info appreciated... and thanks for passing the GB info along.
