Ideally, flush your brake fluid every 2 years.
The bomb should be replaced when it stops working; start
the car, then shut it off. You should be able to press the
brake pedal 20-30 times before it goes rock hard. If it
goes hard after only a few presses of the pedal, it's dead.
Bombs last about 8-10 years before needing replacement.
