[s-cars] Rear Brake Caliper R&R Instructions - for those that care.

I finally got around to replacing my left rear caliper with a new/reman from
 Fenco (C8485) I bought in Jan. 04 when the right rear emergency brake
 cable level arm stuck and refused to be rehabilitated using Fred Munro's  
procedures and I bought and installed a Fenco C8484 (that looked like it
 was brand new Girling).   After I got through this change yesterday,  
making one big but not fatal mistake,  I wrote the procedure up for the
 boys  on AudiDoodiWorld, in case they needed it.  Just now I thought,
