[s-cars] flywheel resurfacing?

What is the trick to resurfacing a dual mass flywheel?    I went over the archives a bit, and I can see notes that not just any shop can do it...but how will I know which shop can?   Or what kind of machine equipment they should have?    

I need to have mine resurfaced today.   I found several shops in the SF bay area that all claim to be "precision" machine shops.     What should I be looking for?
